Melinda Cotton

Melinda has two young children of her own. Her long journey toward motherhood has provided her with a wealth of insights, knowledge and experience about the challenges fertility, pregnancy and childbirth. During her treatments she aims to help her patient feel physically well but also empowered to find their own way forwards as they face the emotional, physical and lifestyle changes that pregnancy, birth and early motherhood inevitably bring. Her years of experience as an osteopath have shown her that many of the annoying “small problems” of pregnancy such as minor aches and pains, cramps, constipation and headaches, as well as more disabling conditions such as symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) get in the way of a woman feeling really well during her pregnancy. Often these ailments and conditions can be improved or resolved with the right advice, care or support, leaving a woman able to enjoy her pregnancy in the best of health. more...
