1 • Introduction

We work in house as a team to tailor a selection of natural therapies to suit your individual needs.
Each person is different of course, but we envisage the following pathway to begin working with us. Click on the arrows to go back and forwards in the process.

2 • Discussing Options

The process begins with an in-depth questionnaire which we will send you to fill in. Once completed you will then be invited to the clinic for a detailed consultation with one of our specialist team. This Questionnaire helps us compile a clear picture of your health and well-being. We can then identify your treatment priorities and begin to develop the best set of therapies for you.

3 • You come in for an Initial Consultation

During your Initial Consultation we will go through the form in detail. Any areas you are not sure of can be adjusted or added at this time. Your first meeting gives us a chance to get to know each other and for your to raise any unanswered questions. You get an overall structural examination by an NNC cranial osteopath, who might ask questions if anything from the questionnaire needs clarifying We can then begin to prioritise and structure your package of treatments with more detail.

4 • We discuss which package suits you

You can now consider what general kind of approach you would like, and which of our care packages most suits you. Our team of therapists will then get together, discuss your case confidentially and propose a set of care priorities and a multi-disciplinary treatment plan.Typically your treatments would be spread over two to three months depending on how you progress and what your needs are.

5 • We assign you a Case Coordinator

We will also assign a case coordinator who will be one of your team of therapists and who will be your point of contact during the course of your treatment with us. At the end of your programme we will meet to discuss your case again and suggest the best way forward for you. You can further your treatment with us by taking on a further shorter programme of four, six or eight treatments.

6 • You start your custom tailored care package

Your care sessions begin, and your case coordinator keeps in touch if any issues arise. In general, we expect to give you 4-6 sessions, which will allow us to get some feedback about how you respond to each session.

7 • The NNC team has a case conference

We now have a case conference, and all your therapists confer and adjust our approach if neccessary. This is really the great things about the NNC, and really helps us help you. These meetings can be quite long and a consensus about our approach is reached.

8 • You complete your sessions

Now we take you through the rest of your sessions. At the end, we review progress with you, and what future lifestyle advice, other referrals, or future treatments are advised. This point is quite fluid, and your case coordinator will be there if you have any questions.

9 • What next?

Sometimes we may just want some time to pass. This is because we will have helped your systems to balance and your vitality to improve, and you will naturally make progress. We can discuss ad hoc treatments or a further care package cycle if that is what you want.
